We supported lifestyle insurer yulife to develop their brand prior to brining their digital product to market. We mapped their end to end customer journey, worked closely with them to create their mission, values and messaging hierarchy and created their Brand Book and Tone of Voice Guide. We’ve worked closely with them designing their content marketing plan and continue to advise on all areas of brand expression.
We created an identity for this All Party Parliamentary Group that expresses the innovation and radical possibilities of Artificial Intelligence whilst emphasising continuity and established values. We designed advertorials for trade magazines as well as a two page summary and a full report, rich in infographics and visual data.
Turning back the tide
This landmark document written by BHF marks their strategic response to NHS England’s longterm plan. We were delighted to support with design and copy-lines to ensure that the report delivered real impact and met the demands of the brand.
This exciting print and social media fundraising campaign for Amnesty International was created to draw existing supporters’ attention to unjust imprisonment of human rights activists in Chad. Included email strategy and copywriting direct mail items.*
BHF cholesterol campaign
This social media campaign for The British Heart Foundation encouraged anyone at risk to check their cholesterol levels and save their own lives. We achieved double the average engagement rate and increased traffic to the relevant webpages by 116%.*

We researched, interviewed medics and young people, and wrote this award-winning book for teenagers facing life-threatening surgery. *
Reports and Strategy
We have written and created a number of annual reports and strategic documents for the British Heart Foundation and the NHS.
Call Push Rescue
In this two-year long project we researched and developed a strategy to increase CPR training in schools. This included ethnographic research into the school environment, strategising and copywriting a creative campaign to increase use of existing training equipment, policy research and writing in order to achieve accreditation for the kits and also a national customer support campaign where we encouraged schools to order and use new CPR training kits. We beat all client targets on each element of this project.*
IOPG Fund animation
We worked with animators Mighty Elk to script this lovely film that explains oil spills and the IOPC’s role in clean ups.
CABA case studies
A benevolent society asked us to source a number of case stories to help them demonstrate their impact. We sensitively interviewed over 20 beneficiaries on topics as broad as career coaching, mental health and financial insolvency. The resulting case studies stories showcase the charity’s work whilst encouraging other potential beneficiaries to get in touch.
We created this schools fundraising pack from product idea to delivery. Included initial audience research, product concept and product name, testing, automated email journey strategy, copywriting on all direct marketing and digital content, interviewing young people and scripting videos.*
