After years of responding to complex communications challenges, we have developed a phased project structure that scales up and down depending on the project, the client’s in-house capabilities and the available resource.

We believe that not everything can be understood through a straightforward question-and-answer approach. Instead, we use anthropological research methods to understand the many influences that drive people to do what they do.

 When marketing and communications strategies are built on this kind of insight, they truly support and persuade individuals to engage with brands, take on board messages and respond to calls to action.

We get this result through a combination of research, interviews and workshops. We then analyse the data to create insight into the audience experience.

We work closely with you, always looking to identify what will engage your stakeholders, reassure them and encourage them to align with your goals.

Our four-stage process

1. Research

After we have agreed an initial brief, our team of journalists and ethnographers will get to work. We’ll attend events, talk to staff, fix interviews and assess competitors. We’ll then provide an in-depth written report and can present the highlights to your team before recommending the best way forward.

2. Production

With the task now clearly laid out, our in-house team of award-winning copywriters and designers will respond to the communications challenge, designing and creating cost-effective, impactful products that meet your audience’s needs – whether it’s a series of case studies, reports, a brand identity, website or multimedia content.

3. Roll-out

We will make sure your internal comms have all the support they need, running training workshops and supplying brand books, policy documents and crib sheets.

4. Review

On completion of the project, we will meet up to review how the process went. We want to hear how our products and communications have landed, and whether we can help with any adjustments or follow-up projects.
