The Multi-Agency Communications Course

When a group of agencies come together to deliver services or achieve a goal, their success depends on a deliberate and well managed approach to internal and external communications. This includes a strategic approach to everything from the group’s branded identity and communications plan, through to the fostering of an internal communications culture. This course supports those working to share the multi-agency’s goals and messages with the communities they support.

Note: This course does not provide training in safeguarding, technical systems, data protection, MASHs or MARAC. It is a course focused on the strategic thinking needed for multi-agency groups to deliver their messages to the public.
