360° appraisal for Senior Leaders

To fully optimize communication and behavior, we need to understand how we are experienced by others. I use an intensive approach to 360° appraisals to help leaders uncover what drives the way they lead and identify opportunities for growth. The model relies on interviews and then two intensive, high-impact, in-person coaching sessions. With my guidance clients develop the skills needed to thrive in a senior leadership role, such as communication, executive presence, networking and effective approaches to handling conflict and wellbeing.

For the assessment I speak with peers, stakeholders, previous coaches, and direct reports to gather honest feedback on your leadership style. This helps me build a deep understanding of a client to then share analysis and co-create an individual development plan. This is followed by a period of ongoing coaching to enhance mindset, establish new behaviors, and ensure the change and growth that drives success.

These appraisals help to bridge the gaps in how we perceive ourselves and how others see us, understand how our intentions translate into actions, and get to know the areas we excel in as well as opportunities for growth.
