BSc, MSc, MA
Writer and Psychosocial Researcher
Tillie has interviewed hundreds of people about who they are, how they feel, and what they want. She graduated from Goldsmiths University with a First-Class degree in Social Anthropology, before taking a Masters in Journalism and then a second Masters in Psychodynamics of Human Behaviour. She’s worked for over 20 years as a researcher and writer, and ran a successful insight and communications consultancy in London for over a decade.
Over the past five years Tillie suffered a brutal series of losses – her best friend died, her mum died, her dad died, her marriage ended and she lost her childhood home.
She realised that the only way over is through, and turned to the women in her life to find answers. Now she interviews women all over the world about love, loss, hope and disappointment, with a particular interest in that moment when a woman decides that who she has been will not define who she is yet to become.
Tillie is writing a book of intimate stories based on interviews with women who wanted more.
