Human behaviour and communications

I have spent the past 25 years studying and working on interpersonal dynamics, communications, and how we can motivate change and growth.

I graduated from Goldsmiths University with a First-Class degree in Social Anthropology, before taking a Masters in Journalism and then a second Masters in the Psychodynamics of Human Behaviour. I also have a Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling.

In the corporate world, I work closely with stakeholders from C-suite to end-users, capturing insight and developing products and programmes in the UK and US that motivate positive change.

Clients include public corporations, government, national non-profits, NHS and early-stage businesses.

My work includes:

  • Engagement and communications consultancy
  • Executive and personal coaching
  • Workshops and training in engagement, communications and personal effectiveness.

I am an associate at The Trivista Group (US) and several UK consultancies including Kaleidoscope Health.

Alongside commercial work, I research and write. I am endlessly fascinated by the questions of what makes us who we are and whether change is possible. Currently, I am writing a book of stories based on interviews with women who have discovered that what they have been need not define what they are yet to become.
