‘Excellence in Leadership’ is a comprehensive program consisting of two or three in-person workshops paced over several months, alongside digital group coaching sessions for the whole team. It addresses the critical needs of senior leaders, equipping them with the skills and strategies to excel in their roles while instilling an intentional approach to cross-team collaboration.
On completing the program, the organization will see a reduction in siloed thinking and behaviors, enhanced levels of engagement, and a commitment to exceptional leadership from the leadership team.

Who this workshop is for
All senior leaders from across your company. Typically this is VPs and SVPs, Senior Leadership Teams, the Officer Group, or Directors and above. The program can run for any group size and has been successfully delivered to teams ranging from 6 to 40+ participants.
