Excellence in Leadership
One of the largest and fastest-growing Real Estate Investment Trusts in the US approached me to support their Executives and Officer group. Having identified talent, culture, and accountability as key drivers for their next phase of growth, they engaged me to build a program of work based on these themes.
My clients were keen to balance a deep, genuine commitment to a caring culture with an aggressive stance on business growth. Hybrid working in offices across several states also brought challenges around collaboration and communication in the context of rapid change.
I began with digital surveys and 1:1 interviews across the company. These informed my design and delivery of a series of workshops for the Executive, to deepen trust and facilitate authentic discussion.
As a retained coach for the Executive Committee, I worked especially closely with the CEO, as well as providing thought-partnership for others.
I also worked with the company’s Learning and Development Lead to create a Leadership Excellence program for over 40 Senior Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents. This focused on authentic feedback, accountability and empowering teams.
