A global company who create and deliver major events, including the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cup and F1 Grand Prix, were preparing for a period of massive growth.

My client developed a business plan for rapid expansion, and asked me to support their leadership team through this process. My brief was to support each Executive individually, to coach Business Unit Leads as they expanded their teams, and to optimize leadership behaviors across the company.

In the first phase of the program, I ran 1:1 interviews with the team, as well as designing and delivering a two-day leadership retreat, focusing on trust, connection and collaboration. The retreat was hugely impactful, enabling authentic conversations and “turning up the dial” on what was already a powerful and positive culture. We elevated trust and collaborative capacity, finishing the session on a literal high – as the team ziplined 1km across the Dubai marina.

Following the retreat, I conducted a 360° review process to increase Leaders’ awareness of their own style, and identify areas for growth. I was then retained as a coach for the Senior Leadership Team, supporting Executives with thought-partnership and skills to empower and lead their teams. For senior Leaders newer to their roles, my coaching focused on communication and feedback skills, developing executive presence, and enhancing their influence.
